I AM that and that I AM

How far back does your memory go? Are you able to recall events from before you started to walk? How about from before you emerged from your mother’s womb?

The second and third questions seem “way out there”, right? If you answer in the affirmative then likely you would scoff at the person who shared that she remembers crawling/creeping as a babe, and also the one who shared with me that she experienced her own birth as well as conversations with her mother while in her womb (during the dream time).

It is unimportant  whether you believe these accounts or not. What is important, however, is this. We are the sum total of events and experiences from before our birth up until now, whether we remember them or not.

This understanding goes a long way in healing ourselves and facilitating generational healing.

One of the simplest definition of energy is “capacity to do work”.

Although energy exists in various forms, for example electrical, potential, and so on; they all have one thing in common and this is motion.

Allow your mind to go to the creation process, as far back as sperm and egg. Once the sperm begins its journey to the egg it takes with it all its energy (capacity to do work, in this case create a child) which is then merged with the egg (and all the energy existing in that egg) when fertilization takes place.

What does all this mean? In a nutshell it simply means that…

“I am and you are made up of the energies of your mother and father up to the point of your conception along with your own energy. The energies of ones parents include their life experiences, beliefs, behaviours, fears and so on…”

Have you at times felt sad, angry, or even have (what seems like) an irrational fear when you have no known reason to be feeling that way?

Likely what you are or have been feeling is a microcosm of your mother’s and or father’s life experience which is now part of your energetic makeup. This is second-generational experiences/issues which we all in turn pass on to our offsprings/creations if we haven’t found a way to heal, transform, or transmute them before conceiving.

All this is a beautiful reminder to us of how powerful we are in our medicine. We have the ability to effect change/healing within ourselves and our lineage. Yes, there is a lot of talk about generational curses, but what of generational healing? Which are you more interested in and which has within it the seeds to create consciously and harmoniously? For me and my bloodline generational healing brings the greater benefits.

Would you love to “rewrite” the codes  and be an active participant in your creation story?

Your re-creation story.

Your mind is your greatest weapon and nature is evidence of and gives insight into the Grand Creator. Engage both in your re-creation, creation, and healing story. Go out in nature or bring nature to you when it isn’t possible to be outside.

Here are 2 ways how:

  1. Fill your tub with water and add an herb/plant you feel drawn to and get in. If you have the essential oil of that plant available, place in a diffuser and immerse yourself and engage your senses in the experience and relationship with this plant. Place your hands on your womb space and or navel and allow your mind to ask questions of your origin and source and listen for the answers. Leave the tub when your session feels complete. Write all that happened. The answers can appear as symbols, images, words…whatever your “language” is. Nothing is insignificant, write it all.
  2. Alternatively you can go out and lay on the ground. Feel the earth as you are held and supported by her. Engage mentally as you did in the above suggestion of being in the tub. Place your hands on your womb space and or navel and allow your mind to ask questions of your origin and source and listen for the answers. Leave or sit up when your session feels complete. Write all that happened. The answers can appear as symbols, images, words…whatever your “language” is. Nothing is insignificant, write it all.

I look forward to hearing your experiences.
